Some of the sites we generally explore: Jaffa Gate, Ohr Hachaim Synagogue, The Cardo (ancient Roman road, Plugat Hakotel, Churvah and Ramban Synagogues, Chabad Overlook, Burnt House, Galed Memoral, Kotel and much more... Note: The Tour can be spliced differently for your needs. For example, many enjoy venturing into the Muslim Quarter to see what remnants of Jewish life were there etc. You can coordinate with me over email what you specifically are looking for, or we can vibe it out and discuss on the tour itself.
